An advocate for social justice, Dutch has always worked with the most vulnerable of populations. From teaching Montessori preschool in the private sector to working with the most elderly adults in the nursing home industry right up into the coronavirus pandemic, outside of Team Dutch and her music career, Dutch often puts herself in the shoes of others and assists those who need the most help in our community. Currently she continues to offer summer and virtual music business consulting for youth in Washington, D.C., and assists in the public sector with disaster relief efforts for small businesses like her own.
